Terms and Conditions
  1. eServ Buddies is a referral programme that is open to Singaporeans/PRs/ Work Permit holders.
  2. Staffs of Micro 2000 Technology Pte Ltd / eServ are not eligible for the draw.
  3. The referrer has to register an account on here in order to qualify for the draw.
  4. The referrer will gain 1 point when the referee has successfully signs up for an account on the website.
  5. All particulars of the referrer and referee must be accurate in order to qualify for the prize.
  6. There are no limits to the number of referrals that each registered referrer may make.
  7. The prizes shall be non-transferable, non-exchangable and non-redeemable for cash, credit of kind.
  8. eServ reserves the right to substitute the prizes or any one of them with other items of equal or similar value without prior notice and without assigning any reason therefore.
  9. eServ reserves the right to request for proof of identity and/or eligibility and to verify the same prior to collection of the prizes.
  10. In the event a winner fails to collect any of the prizes, the prizes may be forfeited at eServ’s absolute discretion. In the event of such forfeiture, eServ may in it’s absolute discretion award another winner to determine a replacement winner.
  11. The names of the winners will be published on the website. All winners will be notified via SMS and/or email. eServ shall have the right to publish names and/or testimonials of the winners in its promotion materials without prior consent of the winners.
  12. eServ, it’s advertising agencies and/or business partners shall not at any time be responsible or be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or incurred by any person arising from or in connection with this promotion and/or the prizes.
  13. eServ shall not be responsible for any problems, technical malfunction or unavailability whatsoever (including but not limited to the website and/or any tool kit communications options) which may affect the referral process or the draw in any way (including but not limited to access of the subscribers or the referred persons to the website, the number of referred persons submitted by the subscribers and/or the registration of details by the subscribers or referred persons).
  14. All existing terms and conditions of eServ and its group of companies shall apply in addition to these eServ Buddies terms. The winners also agree to be bound by any terms and conditions imposed by third parties in relation to the prizes.
  15. All costs associated with participating in this promotion shall be borne by the referrer/referee.
  16. The decision of eServ on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final, conclusive and is binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
  17. eServ reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever.
  18. eServ reserves the right to alter, modify, add to or otherwise vary these eServ Buddies terms from time to time in such manner as eServ deems appropriate. The subscribers and the referred persons shall be bound by the terms and conditions so amended.
  19. By participating in the promotion, the referrer and referees agree to be bound by these eServ Buddies terms as well as any decision of eServ.
